My Life: Guitar Rock Star is a musical documentary featuring 11-year old guitar prodigy Taj Farrant. An ordinary boy doing extraordinary things.
He has only been playing the guitar for four years, but already Taj has shared the stage with some of the biggest names in world music.
He has played in front of tens of thousands of people at some of the most iconic venues in the world, has been on countless talk shows and has a huge social media following globally.
Taj has a huge bucket list of things he wants to achieve. On top of that list is to become one of the best guitar players in the world.
But behind the scenes, Taj is just like any kid, who has the same pressures as every other 11-year-old.
In this film we follow Taj for 12 months as he not only strives to reach the pinnacle of his craft – which includes a minimum of 4-5 hours of guitar practice a day – but also, as he faces his fears. One of which is bullying.
